ACEC is the voice of the engineering industry in Washington and throughout the nation. ACEC WI is a statewide organization whose mission is to enhance the professional and business interests of its members in support of the public welfare by providing information, programs, and services to assist consulting engineers and their firms in improving their business practices and the political, regulatory and business environment in which they operate.

Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin (CARW)

The Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin is the voice of commercial real estate brokerage and related professionals in Wisconsin. Founded in 1993, CARW is dedicated to the success of our members by providing invaluable educational opportunities, countless networking experiences, data exchange, and public policy advocacy.

Downtown Madison, Inc. (DMI)

Downtown Madison, Inc. is committed to the economic health and vitality of the downtown. Membership includes 550 organizations and residents who understand a vibrant downtown that contributes to the prosperity of the entire community. The DMI mission is to make our central city a united, vibrant, economically strong and socially healthy community that drives the work of the organization.

Dun & Bradstreet

As a member of Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), a leading provider of credit information for small businesses and corporations, JSD has achieved a perfect PAYDEX® score of 80 out of 80, signifying JSD's ability to consistently and promptly pay back all money that has been lent out to them. JSD also received a credit score class, financial stress class, and supplier evaluation risk rating of 1, indicating the extremely low likelihood of JSD to default on payment or experience financial distress in the next 12 months. In fact, these credit scores put JSD in the 100th percentile for all firms in its industry in terms of company size (average firm being in the 80th percentile), years in business (average firm being in the 37th percentile), and regional location (average firm being in the 49th percentile). With all these factors accounted for, JSD received an overall credit rating from D&B of: 3A1, which reflects the highest possible rating for all firms comparable in size.

International Council of Shopping Centers

JSD is proud to be a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The organization promotes the public and private partnerships necessary to advance greater understanding and educated dialog between essential parties striving to engage commercial development/redevelopment.

The core of ICSC membership promotes interaction between shopping center owners/developers and all groups associated with the many facets of this industry...such as national and local retailers, commercial brokerage, property management, general contractors and subs, design groups, engineers, bankers/investment firms, attorneys, etc.

Kenosha Area Business Alliance

Kenosha Area Business Alliance (KABA) provides access to business information, financial assistance, employment and training resources and professional networking. KABA is responsible for Kenosha County economic development through business attraction, expansion and development.

KABA also helps solve business expansion/operational problems or concerns, and assists businesses working on developmental and/or permit processing issues with municipal department, local, state and federal agencies.

Madison Area Builders Association (MABA)

JSD is committed to the principles upheld by the Madison Area Builders Association (MABA). MABA is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to promoting a positive business environment by uniting, serving, and representing all aspects of the building industry.

The Association's services and activities foster the professionalism of its members and provide a forum for education and information exchange for the benefit of the industry and the communities its members serve.

MABA monitors and exerts influence upon issues and regulations affecting the housing industry, particularly those related to availability and affordability.

NAIOP

NAIOP is the nation's leading trade association for developers, owners, investors, asset managers and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate.

Members promote responsible, sustainable development that creates jobs. NAIOP supports diversity within the industry, provides education and advocates for legislation that benefits the communities in which we work and live.

NAIOP provides communication, networking and business opportunities for all real estate related professionals; provides a forum for continuing education; and promotes effective public policy, through its grassroots network, to create, protect and enhance property values.

Verona Area Chamber of Commerce

The mission of the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce is to proactively promote, support and enhance economic growth and community well being. The Chamber has several roles in the community - economic developer and planner, tourist information center, business spokesperson, economic counselor, referral service and more.

Objectives of the Chamber include helping businesses prosper and grow, increasing job opportunities, contributing to the overall economic stability of the community, and promoting tourism. Every year it sponsors or plays a part in dozens of events, programs, forums and services.

Independent Business Association of Wisconsin

The IBAW was formed to exclusively serve the needs and interests of small, independent business of Wisconsin. As Wisconsin’s leading advocacy group for small business, they provide their member companies with maximum value for their investments of time and money.
