JSD is proud to be a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The organization promotes the public and private partnerships necessary to advance greater understanding and educated dialog between essential parties striving to engage commercial development/redevelopment.
The core of ICSC membership promotes interaction between shopping center owners/developers and all groups associated with the many facets of this industry...such as national and local retailers, commercial brokerage, property management, general contractors and subs, design groups, engineers, bankers/investment firms, attorneys, etc.
Kenosha Area Business Alliance (KABA) provides access to business information, financial assistance, employment and training resources and professional networking. KABA is responsible for Kenosha County economic development through business attraction, expansion and development.
KABA also helps solve business expansion/operational problems or concerns, and assists businesses working on developmental and/or permit processing issues with municipal department, local, state and federal agencies.
JSD is committed to the principles upheld by the Madison Area Builders Association (MABA). MABA is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to promoting a positive business environment by uniting, serving, and representing all aspects of the building industry.
The Association's services and activities foster the professionalism of its members and provide a forum for education and information exchange for the benefit of the industry and the communities its members serve.
MABA monitors and exerts influence upon issues and regulations affecting the housing industry, particularly those related to availability and affordability.

The mission of the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce is to proactively promote, support and enhance economic growth and community well being.
