Autumn Pond

JSD provided design services including conceptual subdivision design, logo design, landscaping, preliminary and final plat development, and engineering services. Preliminary plan approval required obtaining approval from County Zoning for this residential subdivision to be built within a site zoned as “Agriculture Transition.” JSD was able to obtain zoning approval through incorporation of agriculture land within this residential subdivision. Rural character of the subdivision was incorporated into the design to address the community’s identity as a farming community. This design includes restoring the shoreline of an existing pond.
