University of Wisconsin-Madison Pharmacy School Building

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

JSD performed a topographic and utility survey for the UW-Madison Pharmacy School site. Field work consisted of collecting electronic data of existing topography and utilities features. The data was used to develop AutoCAD base maps for architectural design of the proposed building. JSD staff worked with the physical plant supervisors to obtain all utility information within project limits, and added private underground utilities to the survey map. Staff provided detailed drawings of steam tunnel vaults, water pits, communication vaults, and electrical vaults.

The $45 million Rennebohm Hall, located across the street from UW Hospital and Clinics, was named for local pharmacy legend Oscar Rennebohm and features state-of-the-art features and designs. Work was performed for the State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration (DOA).
