JSD provided professional engineering and surveying services for the Airgas Distribution Facility in Germantown, Wisconsin. The project involved a 220,000-square-foot industrial building with accommodations for a 110,000-square-foot future addition. The project included 380 parking spaces and 10 truck loading docks. The 24-acre property had a 20-foot vertical drop and included over an acre of wetland impacts.

The project was included in the list of projects to receive the Daily Reporters 2014 Top Projects of the Year Award.
