The 70-acre Novation Campus, located on Madison’s south side, was once the location of two landfills. With planning, landscape architecture, engineering, and survey assistance from JSD, the site was transformed into a state-of-the-art mixed-use employment center. Located just off the Rimrock Road and Highway 12 interchange on Madison’s south side, the Novation Campus is a multi-phased, master planned development incorporating commercial, retail, and multi-family residential uses.

JSD survey and civil engineering services for various phases and lots within the Novation Campus, as well as managed the construction of over $4 million of infrastructure and stormwater management improvements within the campus.

The Novation Campus features development sites for over one million square feet of technology businesses and services, supporting retail and employee services, innovative stormwater infiltration areas, open space, and a network of bike trails and walkways.
